Overview: “Nico” was created as my graduation project at the University of Tartu Viljandi Culture Academy together with Jaagup Maidla. The goal was to create a complete short film from start to finish and go through the full filmmaking process ourselves, from pre-production to post-production and release. We wanted to make a film that felt interesting, atmospheric and cinematic while working with a limited budget and small team.
The film follows a security guard named Nico, whose life falls into chaos after getting involved in his boss Eddie’s dangerous activities. While trying to save a young woman named Lisa, Nico makes a fatal decision that costs him his life. Death, however, is not the end. Nico gets a second chance to relive the events and change his fate through different choices.

Overview: The music video for „2Droogi“ was a two-week creative challenge for me and my friend Jaagup Maidla, working closely as a small team. I worked on camera operation, visual effects, and video editing alongside Jaagup. The project was created for SMRP, our music duo.
The video tells the story of two criminals, following their journey from acquiring illegal substances and evading the police to a dramatic and unresolved ending, highlighting tension, suspense, and a dark, cinematic atmosphere.

Now I Know - music video

Overview: I worked on camera operation, animation, and video editing alongside Jaagup Maidla on the music video “Now I Know”. The project was created for SMRP, our music duo.
The video explores themes of introspection and emotional growth, reflecting the song’s lyrics. Through dynamic shots, animation, and careful editing, we aimed to capture the journey of personal realization and understanding.
Fun fact: The song was awarded Song of the Week on national radio.
